Tournament Format: There will be three divisions: Men's, Women's and Co-rec. Teams will be randomly assigned to pools. The number of teams in each pool and the number of teams advancing to the tournament will be determined after registration ends.
Prizes: The champions of the Men's, Women's and Co-Rec divisions will receive an invitation, travel stipend, and paid entry fee to the National Flag Football Championship at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, January 3-5, 2009.
Entry Fee:

For NIRSA institutions, the entry fee is $250/team if received by October 30th and $275/team after October 30th.

For Non-NIRSA institutions, the entry fee is $300/team if received by October 20th and $325/team after October 30th.

The registration deadline is November 6, 2009. NO REFUNDS.

If you have questions, regarding whether your school is a NIRSA affiliated Institution, please contact your Intramural Director.
Captain's Meetings: There will be a mandatory captain's meeting on Friday evening, November 13 at 7:30 pm or Saturday, November 14 at 8:15 am.

How do I register my team? Teams interested in playing need to fill out and submit the Team Entry Form and the entry fee by November 6, 2009. Intramural Directors at each institution should also have copies of the forms.
Can I make changes to my roster? Registered teams can make changes to their roster by completing another entry form with the new player information. The roster additions must be received prior to the tournament or turned in at team registration.
Officials: We would like all colleges/universities to recommend their best officials to work this tournament. Please fill out an Officials Application Form. Officials Application Forms are due by October 30, 2009. Officials selected to work the tournament will be notified beginning November 2, 2009. Officials from institutions that are sending teams will be given some priority in officials selection. Officials will have a mandatory meeting on Friday, November 13. Officials working the tournament will be paid $10/game.
Hotel Information: There is a tournament room block reserved at the Heartland Inn in Iowa City/Coralville, Iowa. Call 800-334-3277 and mention the reservation code "FLAG" to receive the special tournament rate. This rate will be offered till November 6, 2009. The Heartland Inn will have a free hot breakfast each morning.
