Course includes Red Cross certification in lifeguarding, CPR for the professional rescuer and first aid. You will acquire the skills and knowledge to successfully lifeguard at a swimming pool.
Prerequisites:
Must be able to swim 500 yards continuously with rhythmic breathing and be able to surface dive 10 feet for a brick.

Description:
Course includes qualification to teach swimming lessons to all ages including swimming groups 1-VI.
Prerequisites:
Must be at least 16 years old and have skills at level IV. Also must be able to swim 25 yards of each stroke and tread water for one minute.

Description:
Course includes ability to assist in training current lifeguards, certifying new life guards and re-certifying those who already have lifeguard certification. This is a great course for anyone interested in becoming a pool manager!
Prerequisites:
Must be at least 17 years old and pass a lifeguard challenge.
