Beginner/Intermediate Mat Pilates |
Mat Pilates is a series of gentle exercises designed to improve flexibility and strength through a variety of stretching and balancing movements. The core, also called the "Powerhouse", is the body's center of gravity; it is composed of the muscles of the lower abdomen, lower back, buttocks and pelvic floor. Pilates strengthens and shapes the body from the inside out. |
| Yoga Mix |
Yoga Mix incorporates Kripalu and Vinyasa Yoga methods to provide a practice that promotes breathing, integrity, asana (pose) technique and peaceful relaxation. You will gain muscle strength, muscle stamina, flexibility and balance while becoming more centered in mind and spirit. Instructions will emphasize correct alignment in the pose and awareness of the body. |
| Power Yoga |
Ashtanga (Power) Yoga is a method of developing strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Focus on the breath is emphasized as it links the postures together in a flow. This is an active form of yoga. |

Power Flow Yoga is a Vinyasa-style yoga class that combines a flowing sequence of yoga poses and breath. Power Flow is your time to create strength, internally and externally. You will find you increase balance, tone and flexibility too! The class and postures can be modified for all levels and will allow you to work at whatever level you are in at that moment. Each class will have you leaving feeling more balanced and energized! |

This beginner yoga class is designed to improve health, performance and mental functioning. This type of yoga is based on the ancient fitness science of Hatha Yoga; it blends balance, strength and flexibility in a fitness format. Let's overcome the mystery of yoga together by exercising in a practical, user-friendly style; which is accessible, understandable and doable for individuals at any level of fitness. |
| Yoga for Moms |
Yoga is an excellent way to exercise when you are pregnant and right after pregnancy. Breathing and moving through postures helps prepare the body for labor and delivery as well as conditioning the body after the baby has arrived. Relaxation is an important tool to have during these exciting changes. Come enjoy an hour devoted to yourself working on the mind/body connection. |
