| Description: |
Take your fitness to the next level with this scientifically proven workout program. Leading research has shown that short duration, high intensity training leads to massive strength and superior cardiovascular gains. Our program gives you results in 30-40 minutes two - three times a week. However you must be prepared to work harder than you ever thought you could! |

Session III: November 9 - December 11
No classes during Thanksgiving Break.

Session I or II: 2 Days of Training: $32 for UI students, $40 for non-students
Session I or II: 3 Days of Training: $45 for UI students, $55 for non-students
Session III: 2 Days of Training: $60 for UI students, $75 for non-students
Session III: 3 Days of Training: $83 for UI students, $90 for non-students
