Recreational Services is now offering fitness programs for individuals 55 years and older, who are able to walk on a treadmill, use a stationary bike and operate weight training equipment. This summer, two classes designated for these individuals will be offered. Choose to participate in either or both of the classes during these sessions.
Weight Circuit: 45-minute circuits at the Fitness Loft (5th Floor FH). Circuits can be done anytime between 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM with the last circuit beginning at 10:15 AM.
Stretch & Tone: 45-minute stretch & tone session in Room 462 FH, from 9:30 AM - 10:15 AM. |
