Fitness and Wellness incorporates a lot of different programs. Group instructional classes are offered in aerobics and wellness, several times throughout the day and on both sides of the Iowa River. Cycling is also offered several times a day at the Field House.
If those times do not work out, you are welcome to visit one of the three fitness centers on campus. We also have personal training options if you would like more assistance. Which ever route you go, we have friendly fitness staff members that are here to help you reach your goals. |
