Field House Clerical Staff
|
Main responsibilities include providing positive customer service and clerical support for the full time Recreational Services staff. Duties include, but not limited to: helping customers, answering the phones, cash handling & cash reconciliation, photo copying, and laminating. Must have good communication skills.

Field House Supervisor

This position oversees the Field House operations on evenings and weekends. Duties to include, but limited to: provide customer service, special event set-up, help the clerical staff with equipment check out and membership sales, and enforce the facility rules.

Hawkeye Recreation Field Supervisors
|
Responsible for supervising the Hawkeye Recreation Fields, handling cash sales and deposits, managing field schedules and user groups, some upkeep of field and court areas, enforcing policies and procedures and other duties as assigned. Must be available late afternoons, evenings and some weekends.
This position is only open late spring to early fall.

Assist the full time marketing staff in developing, designing, implementing and maintaining departmental marketing plans and materials. Assist with special projects and take pictures at events. A background in marketing, communications or graphic design is desirable.
