Lost of Damaged Rental Equipment

Spouse Policy
Recreational Services offers cards/passes to spouses/partners of University students, faculty, and staff at the same rate paid by the UI student, faculty or staff member. Spouse/partner fees are determined by the individual’s current University of Iowa affiliation status and presentation of one of the following:

A copy of a valid marriage license; or
-
Students and Faculty/Staff in a Domestic Partnership relationship can present a copy of a completed Domestic Partnership Affidavit currently on file with the University of Iowa’s Benefits office or they may fill out and present an Affidavit of Domestic Partnership form
